Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition.

Wigs & hair extensions: for hygiene reasons, these can only be returned if unworn, with tags and original packaging intact.

Perfumes: can be returned only if unopened, with the seal/cellophane intact. Opened fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Handbags & accessories: returnable in unused condition with original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. Refunds are processed within 7 days of us receiving the item. To start a return, email tr3ndloft@gmail.com with your order number.
